Global Artwork Specialist

**The Opportunity**

CSL Seqirus has an exciting opportunity for a Global Artwork Specialist to join our dynamic team in our Supply Chain function at CSL Seqirus. Based at Parkville and reporting to the Global Artwork Manager, you will provide expertise related to artwork and packaging design for global CSL Seqirus sites and Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMO’s) and manage the Flu Seasonal Schedule to ensure artwork readiness in line with the Sales and Operations plan.

**The Role**
- Develop CSL Seqirus artwork and printed materials for global sites and Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMO’s) whilst complying with stakeholder expectations and regulatory and GMP requirements
- Develop and influence strong partnerships with Key Account Managers, Campaign Managers and packing sites and act as Artwork Specialist/primary point of contact for any artwork related matters for assigned CSL Seqirus and/or CMO site(s)
- Lead, track and monitor the development of CSL Seqirus Global Artwork seasonal schedule for creation, review and approval of Flu seasonal artwork, in compliance with stakeholder requirements and to support the Sales and Operations plan
- Accountable for developing and maintaining Artwork Seasonal Schedule documentation, including post-seasonal review and continuous improvements
- In collaboration with print vendors, coordinate and verify accuracy of Printers Proofs to meet production requirements and complete QC acceptance checks of printed materials to be used for production at CSL Seqirus Parkville site

**Your skills and experience**
- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or Printing
- Strong artwork design and packaging background experience in Supply Chain management, pharmaceutical manufacturing or related field, with ability to produce technical, non-creative design
- Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, regulatory standards and environments and cGMP
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience with Quality and Quality Control Systems preferred
- Ability to form and develop strong business partnerships with Key Account Managers, Campaign Managers, packing sites, CMO’s, Packaging/Engineering, Manufacturing, Regulatory and Supply Chain departments, and print vendors
