- **Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Indigenous Studies Unit research and projects to diverse audiences.**:
- **Engage with impactful Indigenous health, policy, and data governance research while collaborating with global and cross-disciplinary partners.**:

**About the Role**
Your responsibilities will include:
- Co-designing communications plans to grow reach, engagement, public profile and impact for ISU projects.
- Crafting content for internal and external audiences, including media releases, academic communications and community-focused stories, following templates and guidelines.
- Delivering and maintaining digital communications, including newsletters, social media content, and website updates.
- Supporting with reports and communications in line with government, funding agency and other stakeholder requirements.
**Who We Are Looking For**
You will also have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent experience, or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail, and talent for creating audience-specific content in a range of formats and distilling complex information into clear messages.
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, to achieve desired outcomes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of communication platforms including traditional, digital, and social media channels. Knowledge of CRM platforms considered an advantage.
