**About the Role**
Our client is looking for a reliable accounts payable officer to join the shared service team
**immediately** or on

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an industry-leading global business and thrive within their supportive and friendly environment. The company offers very flexible working conditions, with 3 days from the CBD office and two days from home. They are flexible with the start and finish times.

**The Responsibilities**
- Using SAP VIM system to process accounts payable invoices
- Reconcile Supplier Statements.
- Process payments, including local and international banking system and general banking.
- Prepare our Consolidated Invoices for posting, including Accounting Journal.
- Process Staff Personal Expense reimbursements
- Prepare the weekly and monthly payment runs.
- Assist with month-end reporting

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Experience within the accounts payable space
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have proven experience with SAP
- Good understanding of MS Excel
- Well organised and a self-starter
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Be available to start immediately or on short-notice
