**Job Description**:
We are sourcing a customer focused Client Relationship Manager to take ownership for building sustainable and strategic relationships between Toll Global Forwarding and clients. Based in Mascot, this position will be responsible for delivering a seamless and professional service that meets and exceeds the customers' expectations.

As the Client Relationship Manager, you will:

- Identify supply chain opportunities that deliver value for both the client and Toll Global Forwarding
- Review internal and external client reports, PBL Compliance and PO bookings to ensure information management integrity
- Evaluate client profitability by undertaking frequent client reviews and optimise revenue by reducing cost to serve
- Support and drive client services and operations teams to deliver value to stakeholders, including mentoring and implementing process improvements

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in global freight forwarding operations and understanding of the market would be an advantage
- Previous experience managing a pool of clients, responsible for maintaining relationships and building new business
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport easily
- A dedicated team player who thrives in a collaborative environment with the ability to self manage
- Strong attention to detail and resilience
