**Position Title : Channel District Manager**

**Reporting Line : Sales Manager**

**Position Purpose** : Implement initiatives that will accelerate sales growth, primarily within the ADP BoB (Best of Breed) market, through the development of their designated channels. The role will be required to coordinate both internal and external parties to meet this objective.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Grow ADP ANZ BoB channel sales referrals through sales interaction with existing channel and enrollment of additional channel entities including Franchise, Accountants, BPO enterprises etc.
- Focus on accelerating new unit sales in the 1-199 employee segment.
- Negotiation of agreement with new and existing channel entities.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop service and grow existing relationships to increase revenue new share.
- Execute and participate in channel campaigns.
- Build strategic relationships with associations and key contacts within the designated channels.
- Assist individual contributors with entry strategies and work within the sales organisation to develop initiatives, incentives and campaigns.
- Assist in the sales process by providing expertise within dedicated channels and demonstrating to clients/prospects our understanding of their business and clients.
- Work in conjunction with all relevant roles/segments in sales, operations, legal and marketing to execute channel programs in the marketplace.
- Participate in sales calls and presentations to secure business (in person or via Webex).
- Coordinate and participate of various sales and marketing programs with designated channels.
- Regularly benchmark sales progress/growth within assigned channel and develop strategies for growth.
- Assess and provide feedback on trends and ADPs effectiveness in the assigned channel.
- Coordinate and participate in prospecting efforts in order to identify sales opportunities.
- Contribute to developing processes for evaluating new alliance opportunities with designated channels.
- Contribute to developing new approaches to add value to alliance partnerships & increase ADP's footprint and competitive advantage in the marketplace.
- Represent ADP at Trade shows and Partners meetings.
- Some travel & outside business hours work maybe required.

**Experience**:

- Demonstrable Networking / Relationship building
- Have a strong Network of built contacts in the Channel/Franchise networks
- Sales experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in contract negotiation
- Experience presenting & facilitating to an audience
- Creative/Strategic approach
- Ability to define and document processes and influence others to execute
- Demonstrates experience dealing and negotiating at senior level
- Experience managing partnerships and developing programs to drive sales opportunities
- Experience in developing marketing and/or sales tools.

**Certifications / Qualifications** : Tertiary Qualifications in a Business or Marketing related discipline.
