QSSS Pty Ltd is seeking a **Female Disability Support Workers** to join our team in Victoria Point and Capalaba.

**CLIENT 1**: You will provide compassionate, person-centred support to a 74 year old gentleman who identifies as part quad with progressing Motor Neurone Disease who needs help with getting up early (5am), with his evening routines, and with bowel therapy.

He needs workers who are reliable, trustworthy, resilient and have a good sense of humour. **Experience with hoisting, catheter care, and bowel therapy** is a plus—but willingness to learn is a must

**CLIENT 2**: Based nearby in Capalaba, you'll be supporting a gentleman who is a wheelchair user who requires help with **personal care, bowel therapy, and daily routines.**He is passionate about car racing and gaming.

He values privacy, independence, and a Support Worker who respects his space. Experience with hoisting, and bowel therapy is a plus but willingness to learn is a must.

**Shifts Available**

**Client 2**: 8:30am-10:30am weekdays, 9:00am-11:00am weekends (can be worked concurrently with Client 1)

**Salary**

Weekday $35.66, Evening $38.30, Night $39.33, Saturday $48.65, Sunday $62.62, Public Holidays $76.38

**What you'll be doing**
- Assist Clients with personal care tasks such as showering, dressing, and grooming
- Help Clients with domestic duties including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
- Provide companionship and social engagement to enhance Clients' quality of life
- Collaborate with the wider care team to develop and implement personalised support plans
- Maintain detailed records and documentation in line with organisational policies

**What we're looking for**
- A decent and caring human who is a Support Worker with a genuine desire to support vulnerable people
- Have experience in Bowel Therapy and Catheter Care (or a willingness to learn)
- Experience providing direct care and support to individuals with disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently as well as as part of a collaborative team
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
