LK Group is seeking a
**Finance Officer** to join the team on a part-time basis

**About the Company**:The LK Group has seen success in many industries and is growing at a rapid rate. Our businesses range from the National Basketball League to major retailers such as Daniel’s Donuts, PAS group, luxury property developments, HR and recruitment, homewares, sporting merchandise and much more.

**The Role**:

- Accounts Payable invoice processing across multiple entities
- Some Accounts Receivable
- Data entry - matching invoices to purchase orders and entering invoices into the company database
- Reconciliation of invoices before sending for approval
- Ensuring invoices are approved in accordance with company policy
- Preparing payments to suppliers, process sales & receipts
- Assist with scheduling and preparing EFT payment runs
- Assisting with coding bank statements and bank reconciliations
- Assisting with month-end tasks
- Ad hock tasks as required

**About You**:

- Accurate data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Working knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, MYOB a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Taking initiative and setting priorities to meet deadlines.
- Team player with a positive can-do attitude
