**About the Role**

With the office based in **Stapylton, QLD**, the foreperson will lead and manage the project site level resources on roads and pavements construction projects, ensuring all work activities are carried out safely and in a timely manner. This role will focus on the quality of work, road use stakeholder safety, mínimal local community impact and enhance environmental and sustainability outcomes.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

- Liaise with TMR representatives, and ensuring site delivery is maintained between immediate client concerns and works to plan
- Engage with TMC and Emergency Services, as required
- Monitor and analyse time and resource utilisations, including materials are in line with programme and budgets
- Conduct toolbox talks
- Prioritise, plan and schedule teams work and liase with appropriate project staff
- Monitor and manage IR/HR of team

**Requirements**:

- Cert IV in Civil Construction
- Current Driver’s License
- Extensive civil construction experience
- Team management skills
- TMR specification and traffic management knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
