This is an outstanding opportunity to join a prominent award-winning Australian Superannuation Fund who are renowned for their great working culture and have continued to deliver strong long term investment returns for their members.

Reporting to the Head of Alternative Investments & Real Assets, this position will be responsible for the ongoing management of a $1.5bn+ Infrastructure portfolio comprised of both Listed and Unlisted Infrastructure strategies both domestically and offshore.

You will conduct investment research, monitoring & reporting on the Infrastructure asset class to assess investment performance and ensure the program in managed in an efficient and cost effective manner. Furthermore, you will thoroughly research and make recommendations on new investment opportunities (including co-investments) that enhance the risk/return profile of the Infrastructure portfolio.

It is intended that the incumbent will conduct a strategic review of the portfolio with a future growth orientation in mind, creating an opportunity for you to put your own stamp on the investment strategy.

Tertiary qualified with post graduate qualifications preferred, you will have minimum five years of experience in institutional investing, financial markets or relevant consulting arena within Superannuation and / or Investment Management, together with hands on investment experience in Infrastructure (transactions/asset management). Additional experience in listed and unlisted property investing will be an advantage.

You will have strong qualitative and quantitative skillsets with demonstrated experience monitoring and reporting on investment performance and manager research. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise work and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously whilst working as part of a high-functioning team will contribute to your success in this role.
