Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with Metro North Health (MNH) clinical leads and end users to deliver the digital transformation strategy for Metro North Health. It will ultimately create an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North. In meeting this strategy significant capital works are being undertaken over the next five years that includes hospital construction/refurbishment and the implementation of ieMR Advanced solution across Metro North. Delivering this will require a dedicated team, with the capacity to work across initiatives and domains, with the knowledge, determination, skills and experience to deliver.
About the role
Reporting directly to the Delivery Stream Lead, Caboolture Hospital Redevelopment Digital within Digital Portfolio Services (DPS), in this role you will provide expert level technical direction in support of the delivery of new or upgraded clinical and imaging related digital systems and infrastructure ensuring that Digital Metro North (DMN) meet the needs of Metro North Health.
Key knowledge and experience
**The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Ability to lead the assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation planning of complex digital and ICT changes for new or upgraded systems, including the evaluation of risks to the integrity of infrastructure inherent in proposed implementations. This will include a focus on clinical and imaging related initiatives.
- Ability to establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with other staff and teams within DMN to ensure the alignment of technical project services, processes, and service levels across Metro North Health.
- Provision of expert level technical skills in the analysis of digital system issues and the formulation, design, reuse and provision of appropriate solutions and improvements during the implementation of new or upgraded digital clinical systems; ensuring end-to-end solutions meet the business needs.
