**About the role at Eucalyptus**

A product manager or strategy associate to join the product function. The function consists of product managers, strategy associates, designers and health coaches, and is responsible for creating winning patient experiences that move the needle on health outcomes, through a combination of medication, services and technology.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Hypothesis Development - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop hypotheses for product growth
- Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals

- Numerical problem solving - Works with numerical information and performs mathematical calculations to solve problems
