We are a national franchise brand with our Head Oce located in Blackburn. We are looking for a Customer Service professional with at least 2 years of experience in making phone call credit collections.

The successful applicant must be self-motivated with previous experience dealing in high volume, low dollar value account transactions within a corporate environment. Experience dealing with Written O / Bad Debt is essential.

You should also possess excellent communication skills with the ability to think laterally and have an authoritative yet sympathetic phone manner and must be a team player.

Ideally, you should have gained extensive experience in a telesales environment, but is not mandatory.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Everyday making of outbound collection phone calls to customers
- Flexible work hours - until 8pm
- Assessing and negotiating repayment options with customers
- Managing your own time professionally
- Ability to work file notes within our ERP
- Ability to monitor overdue accounts
- Liaising with internal sales and operational staff
- Ability to work as a team member to achieve team goals

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $49,679.57 per year

**Benefits**:
