**About the role**

Lotus Packaging is seeking a highly organised and efficient Customer Service Admin with both mandarin and english language to join our team in Blackburn, Victoria. This full-time position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.

**What you'll be doing**
- Manage incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
- Customer Service - dealing with customer's enquires and providing information on products, order status, prices and addressing customer complaints promptly,
- Accounts Receivable - Accurately maintaining and managing customer's accounts; invoicing, processing payments and credits
- Debt Collection
- Processing daily delivery run for drivers
- General admin duties

**What we're looking for**
- Demonstrated experience in an office administration or similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other administrative software
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
- Mandarin and English bilingul speaking essential for this role
