Working closely with the Business Development Managers, this role is also offering the opportunity to progress into a BDM position. This internal sales role requires an individual with a passion for customer service, the desire to grow and progress in their career, and someone who thrives under pressure and has the ability to multi-task whilst maintaining a high quality of work, with training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Obtaining and processing quotes for clients delivered from the Business Development team for new and existing clients (Advising of pricing, availability and timing)
- Processing purchase orders
- Ensuring costings and information are aligned with agreed requirements
- Assisting with Internal sales when needed
- Engaging and communicating with clients to ensure their needs are being met
- Following up on quotes and enquiries

Key Requirements:

- Previous quoting experience is an advantage
- Understanding and experience with inventory management systems
- Interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Diligent within time management
- Understanding of sales structure
- Previous experience/knowledge in tooling and hardware would be an advantage
- Trade background would also be considered

To be successful in this role you need to take pride in the work you do, be adaptable and willing to pitch in on various tasks. Ideally seeking someone with sales and quoting experience, a strong customer focus and industrial industry knowledge.
