If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you West HQ have a casual/part time position available for a Learn to Swim/Aquatics Supervisor.

**About the role**:
This position assists the Program Coordinator with the daily operation of the Swim School and other Aquatic programs, while providing direction and leadership to our Swimming Instructors. The Learn to Swim/Aquatics Supervisor demonstrates outstanding customer service, acts as a key point of escalation for high level customer enquiries, completes assessments and promotes swim school members.

**About you**:
A swim school leader who enjoys working with children and is able to ensure the smooth running of the day to day program activities with professionalism and enthusiasm.

**What do you need to be considered?**
- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (AUSTSWIM )
- Working with Children Check (18+)
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Demonstrated experience in teaching swimming and water safety
- Minimum 2 years of swimming and water safety instruction
- Experience with Program Supervision and student assessments
- Experience with LINKS Modular Solutions Software (Desirable)
- Experience with Microsoft Office
