**The role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Coordinator. As a BDC you will support the growth and success of World Challenge by identifying and developing new business opportunities, coordinating initiatives that expand our reach and impact on the school market and drive data enrichment.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify and research ptential client schools in the Expedition and Curriculum Market
- Generate leads thrugh various channels
- Sales Visit Booking
- Schedule and cnfirm sales visits for the sales team
- Data Enrichment and Management:

- Gather, update and enrich prspect data in HubSpot to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Mine existing databases and nline resources to identify new potential leads and contacts
- Maintain data integrity
- CRM Input and Reporting
- Communication and Collaboration
- Cmmunicate effectively with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Cllaborate with marketing to align on lead generation strategies and campaigns.

**What we are looking for**
- Confident, tenacious and ambitious.
- Understanding of the value and benefits of World Challenge trips to students
- Target driven and strong desire to develop, progress and generate leads
- Ability to convince and appeal to a wide range of stakeholders, including Key Decision Makers, Teachers, Parents and Students
- Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills to ensure all possible sales leads are generated effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional manner and ability to build great relationships.
- Ability to present confidently and fluently when needed
- Experience utilising generative AI tools to create content and communications
- Experience using a CRM is strongly preferred (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
