About the role..

You’ll be responsible for driving performance, fostering inclusive practices, and ensuring our services empower people with disability to thrive in their chosen career.
Your focus will be on operational excellence, strategic alignment, and building strong community and employer partnerships that reflect our shared vision of a more inclusive workforce.
3 vacancies overseeing Bankstown, Campbelltown and Penrith Employment Service Areas (ESAs), you will support a wide range of exciting job functions including:
Lead, support, and empower a high-performing team to successfully deliver IEA contract objectives across multiple ESAs.
