**Description**:
Due to continued growth within the business, we have a newly created role for an Administration Clerk to join our Finance team at our Banyo site. As a member of the finance team your day to day duties will be to provide general administrative support for accounting and finance. Reporting to the Management Accountant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Assisting with coverage in our accounts receivable and payable team
- Processing expense reimbursements and credit card reconciliations
- Raising purchase orders
- Assisting with regular bank reconciliations
- Assisting with raising and processing invoices, and on-charging of reimbursable amounts
- Data entry of supplier invoices to ERP system
- Logistics - assist in the management of company inventories from production to end user
- Assisting with general office and financial administration tasks

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Good understanding of accounting procedures and processes
- Previous data entry experience in a computerised finance systems
- Working experience of Pronto will be highly regarded but not necessary
- Intermediate experience of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word
- High attention to detail and accuracy in your work
