About the Role

Join our Queensland office as Administration Assistant and play a crucial role in supporting our office and operational teams. Reporting to our Office Administrator, you'll help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day functions and contribute to positive outcomes for our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for office enquiries, managing documents, correspondence, and reception support
  • Support timesheet processes and rostering for operations teams
  • Prepare reports, communications, and meeting agendas/minutes
  • Manage office and site stock orders, conduct inventories, and coordinate deliveries (including uniforms and site reserves)
  • Support maintaining compliance and WHS documentation, records, staff inductions, and certifications
  • Assist with audits, electronic and physical filing, scanning, and compliance portal updates
  • Uphold workspace organisation and provide general admin/reception backup as needed

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • Strong organisation, administration, and attention to detail
  • Advanced task prioritisation and time management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Collaborative, service-driven approach

Desirable:

  • Prior experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Background in commercial cleaning or facilities management
  • Exposure to compliance or WHS documentation and audits
