**About the role**

As SPS Supervisor - Time Critical you are passionate about the development and growth of our dedicated Time Critical Representatives, to ensure they are delivering the best possible service to our customers with an above and beyond mentality. In this role you will lead by example with an excellent attendance record, attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Provide day-to-day supervisory and coordination support to a team of contact centre representatives, both in office and remotely
- Manage escalations, training & rosters for a 24/7/365 team
- Guarantee the completion of daily team tasks by coaching and supporting your team
- Monitor and develop individual and team performance and KPIs
- Facilitate developmental discussions, employee related administration, performance management action plans and disciplinary processes when required
- Provide quality assurance & support for your team and their customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross functional teams in Operations and Sales
- Supervise a 24/7 rotating roster

**Experience required**
- 4 years’ experience in customer service & interaction
- Microsoft Office / PC skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude with a customer service mindset
- The ability to take initiative to deliver the best solutions
- Team player who is collaborative and supports others
