About the role
The role acts as a point of contact for the JLL Workplace team regarding technical services activities and supports account initiatives by driving consistent implementation of operational excellence and delivery. A key aspect of this role is engagement and interfacing with the site leadership and regional leadership on technical matters

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage planned, predictive and corrective maintenance works, including major works like power downs and refurbishment projects.
Oversee critical equipment contracts and vendor quality assurance to maintain high equipment standards.
Ensure engineering regulatory compliance and adherence to client Engineering Playbooks across the building portfolio.
Provide 24/7 incident management support for corporate real estate buildings.
Coordinate capacity, utilization reviews and technical reporting for office and server room spaces.
Develop and implement innovation programs to reduce utility costs and increase operational efficiency.
Lead lifecycle asset management including UPS component replacement and management of technical documentation.
Support new office space installations, ensuring accurate plans, designs, and scopes.
Manage the technical services team across India, working closely with site operations to meet client expectations.
Drive sustainability and energy-saving initiatives throughout the portfolio.
**What we are looking for**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 10-12 years of relevant engineering management experience.
Thorough understanding of building services design with strong technical capabilities to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
Experience with digital building systems and project management, preferably with certifications in sustainability (LEED, WELL) and project management (PMP).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain complex operational information to senior audiences.
Adaptable team player who thrives in fast-paced environments, with strong analytical skills and experience managing incidents and service failures.
