Are you a hospitality all-rounder and a great communicator with a passion for people and service?

If you’re looking to be part of a friendly, close-knit, customer-centric team, Sodexo is currently seeking suitably qualified and experienced Service Attendants to join our team. You will be doing fly in and fly out from Sydney to site or Drive in and drive out from Dubbo and surrounds to site, working 14 days on 7 days off roster - 10 hours at our client's mine site at Hera Village.

**Who are we looking for?**

Our Service Attendants are team players. They have a can-do attitude, are flexible and always remain focused on safety and service delivery. Reporting to the Village Manager, you will have excellent customer service skills and ideally mine site experience. Your main responsibilities will be to help prepare food in the kitchen, assist with cleaning mess facilities and other utility tasks as required. To be successful, you’ll need:

- Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check

You must have strong safety awareness and safe work ethic with exceptional communication skills. Be well presented at all times. Basic food safety knowledge in a hospitality environment preferred. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work without constant supervision. Current open manual licence and prior remote experience will be highly advantageous.
