**The Role**:
We are looking for a Contact Centre Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Brisbane Contact Centre, commencing March 2025. This role will provide support by overseeing daily operations of the National Storage Contact Centre and will work with the Contact Centre Manager to assist in coaching, leading and development of the team to deliver a highly efficient and consistent standard of service, ensuring customer satisfaction as a first point of contact for National Storage customers.

This position would be ideal for someone looking to take the next step and progress into a supervisory role within a Contact Centre environment. This is an office based role, ideally covering 10am - 6pm (Monday - Friday), with one in three Saturday shifts scheduled on a rotating basis.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Achievement of individual sales targets, conversion rates and other Contact Centre metrics (KPI’s).
- Take ownership of sales results, setting goals and tracking performance against these.
- Consistently achieve team call quality targets.
- Undertake ethical sales practices on all customer interactions.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of a service and sales-focused culture within the team, through ideas and behaviours.

**About You**:

- Strong Customer Service/Sales background
- Management/Team Lead experience (Contact Centre environment preferred)
- Experience working in a KPI driven environment
- Appropriate knowledge of office administrative procedures
- Proven computer literacy with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Proficient understanding of company operations
