Gold Coast BMW is currently seeking a **highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Controller/Road Tester** to join our dynamic Service team.

As a Quality Controller/Road Tester, you will play a vital role in ensuring every vehicle that leaves our workshop meets the highest BMW standards for safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Conduct road tests on vehicles to diagnose issues and validate repairs.
- Perform final quality control checks following servicing or repairs.
- Work closely with Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure accurate fault identification and resolution for our customers.
- Ensure compliance with BMW’s stringent service and repair protocols.
- Report on vehicle performance, test results, and any anomalies with clarity and professionalism.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Qualified Automotive Technician (Certificate III or higher). 5 Yrs + experience
- Previous experience in a quality control, diagnostic, or road test role (Prestige German brand experience highly regarded).
- Sound knowledge of modern vehicle systems, diagnostics, and road safety standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for automotive excellence.
- Full Australian manual driver’s license (essential).
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team.
