**Café Supervisor / Barista**
- Full time role paying $53k + super
- Based in Melbourne’s CBD
- Flexible roster from Monday to Sunday

**About Us**

With Head Office based in Camberwell, manufacturing in Braeside this business offers a variety of food products for their 18 retail shops that consist of pastries, breads, cakes, and sweets.

As the Café Supervisor you will report to the Assistant Store Manager, interact with people regularly and ensure the café runs smoothly by assisting with a variety of day-to-day operations.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Making and serving coffee and other beverages
- Taking orders and prepare and plating food.
- Maintain stock levels and effective stock rotation
- Providing excellent customer service whilst maintaining a “can do” attitude.
- Operating a POS and EFTPOS machine with cash handling duties
- Café cleaning duties including cleaning coffee machines and equipment.
- Maintaining a clean service area according to food safety standards

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to supervise the day-to-day operations of the café
- Barista experience is essential
- Customer focused with a “can-do” attitude
