**OCCUPATION COORDINATOR**
The **Occupation Coordinator** is responsible for managing several stations during a disruption. They perform a strategic role in ensuring that Customer Service Representatives are carrying out their duties (managed via Team Leaders), auditing and highlighting any issues on the line and taking appropriate remedial action. They will take part in strategic communications with MTM colleagues.
- Attend all Daily Conference Calls for major occupations acting as the representative for Passenger Service staff.
- Attend all on site walk throughs as required for the occupation
- Ensure that occupation pack correlates to the correct staffing sent for quoting.
- Compare wayfinding information with what was discussed in the site walkthroughs. Ensuring that wayfinding directions and placement are appropriate for the street items on site and that directions are place correctly.
- Attending wayfinding set up and installation.
- Certify that all Set Up installation items have been listed by the client and accounted for when taken from the MTM containers. Coordinate with the Signage Coordinator to have these items picked up and ready for installation.
- Audit replacement bus stops within defined area of supervision and ensure that:
1. The number of staff on duty corresponds with the approved quoted staff for the
project
2. All signage is installed and displayed at replacement bus stops and interchanges as
per the prescribed wayfinding plans
3. Cleaning and presentation standards are maintained throughout all replacement
bus stops and interchanges
4. Staff facilities are maintained to required health and safety standards
- Communicate directly with the MTM Passenger Experience Coordinator, Metro Stationmaster and/or Passenger Control Centre through the correct GroupMe or Whatsapp Channels for all matters relating to:
1. Train / Bus Connections
2. Passenger Safety (passenger incidents and injuries)
3. Crowd Management
4. Bus Operations (late running buses, standby bus deployment)
5. Train running issues affecting Replacement Bus Replacement operations
- Ensure that all safety incidents are reported into INX as per procedure
- Coordinate arrangements for Passenger Service Representatives in response to Special Event traffic, Emergencies and Unplanned disruptions affecting train / bus connections
Location: Based out of Port Melbourne Office, servicing out of South/East Melbourne (use of company vehicle during shift)
**Salary**: $75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
