National Rental Administrator

The National Rental Administrator is an integral part of national rental invoicing development and deployment which includes the development of workflows, maintenance, creation and invoicing of all national agreements to meet the needs of customers, particularly corporate customers. The role is also responsible for providing our Tier 2 branches with adequate and professional Sales and Rental Administration support in order to ensure the highest level of accuracy and compliance.
**The role is primarily responsible for**:
- Maintain all national invoiced customer agreements to cater for additions, reductions, changes and terminations on behalf of the branch network to provide accurate invoices monthly.
- Coordinate the requests for national invoicing, advise system capabilities and understand customer requirements and agreement conditions
- Create agreements as required to accurately reflect customer demand.
- Accurately and timely process all rental agreements in M3
- Coordinate Subhires Nationally and maintain agreed pricing points
- Process De-hire documentation
- Create purchase orders in line with M3 processes
- Administer and maintain all relevant registers and schedules for branches
- Create all manufacturing orders, complete all data entry, close all jobs as required and transfer equipment between facilities for work to be completed for sale as necessary.
- Process all Subhire supplier invoices
- Carry out monthly data accuracy checks and reconciliations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Computer savy - has the ability to learn new systems and computer softwares.
- Proven experience in working in a fast pace environment
- Strong time management and organisational skills - ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus
- Is self-motivated
This is a salaried position and salary will be determined according to qualifications and experience
