Digital Content Creator

Panthers Rugby League Club has a rare and exciting opportunity for a motivated Digital Content Creator to join our busy content team
This ‘hands-on’ role will have a wide exposure to a high volume of tasks and requirements and work alongside our videographers, photographers and graphic designers. You will be encouraged to use your creativity and initiative to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Rugby League brand.
**Your Main Duties and Responsibilities will include, but not limited to**:
- Photo editing, deep-etching and retouching player imagery with high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Assist the design team in producing innovative, inspiring and consistent high-quality brand collateral according to guidelines, including but not limited to static and animated outputs;
- Devising, planning, filming and editing regular and one-off video content in a dynamic and fast paced environment;
- Photograph training sessions and NRL, NSW Cup and Junior Representative games
- Create and work within current and new design templates;
- Manage internal photo libraries including CC libraries;
- Assist in coordinating the delivery of members and fan marketing communications;
- Manage multiple concurrent projects whilst adhering to specific deadlines;
- Assist the media and marketing team as and when required;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand their marketing requirements.
**To be successful for this role, you will possess the following**:
- 2-3 years experience in a content creator role in a fast-paced working environment;
- Demonstrate a high level of competency across Adobe Suite particularly CC Libraries, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Photoshop
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent;
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills;
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team;
- An interest in sport, particularly Rugby League would be advantageous;
- Ability to think laterally and create unique designs that capture attention;
- Exceptional organisational and project management attributes and;
- Motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
