**(HEO4) $71,460 to $78,326 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.**

**Fixed term part-time (0.4FTE) position for 6 months**

**Opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join the team within CROSSING.**

This position will sit within CROSSING, a joint international research lab between the CNRS (The French national science agency), IMT-Atlantique (France), Adelaide University, Flinders University and Naval Group.

Working under general direction the Administration Officer provides a range of administrative support and data management services within CROSSING. The responsibilities include assisting with the production of standard reports, filing, drafting standard correspondence and coordinating arrangements for meetings.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Demonstrated experience with data entry and use of databases.
- High level computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite of products in particular, spreadsheet functions for the collection and reporting of data.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and maintain work accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
