**The Role**

As the Program Manager you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities to manage and implement a program from initiation to final transition into operational, business-as-usual management. This role specifically supports a fixed-wing aerial surveillance program. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join Omni and support the enhancement of the security in the Western and Central Pacific region through the provision of aerial and space-based surveillance capabilities.

You will be responsible for:

- Planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on program-related activities.
- Ensuring appropriate governance arrangements and effective reporting and communication policies.
- Maintaining awareness of current technical developments that may present opportunities for the program.
- Managing programs to achieve agreed business benefits within designated timeframes.

This role relates to a future program of work and is anticipated to commence in the next 12 months.

- Ability to work independently and meet objectives and targets for our clients.
- A strong understanding of business finances
- Ability to analyse complex problems, consider risks, and formulate creative solutions.

- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues and foster positive relationships enabling effective negotiations.
- Be an Australian Citizen
- Hold and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills

In addition, this role will require:

- A minimum 5 years’ experience working on similar complex programs.
