**The Role**:
We're looking for a talented early career HR professional who is looking to broaden their skills whilst supporting across all facets of the employee lifecycle. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and develop from a supportive HR Team and would suit a team player with high energy, great attention to detail, and a desire to build a long-term career in Human Resources.

**On a day-to-day basis, you will**:

- Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment variations, offboarding, updating org charts, adhoc reporting, administration of employee recognition program
- First point of call for all people-related administration, including drafting employment contracts, variation letters, liaising with payroll to ensure employee paperwork is processed accurately
- Support the team with the end-to-end recruitment process including advertising, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, contract administration, coordinating pre-employment checks, arranging onboarding programs
- Support of annual processes such as engagement surveys, performance reviews, development planning, remuneration reviews, annual reporting tasks
- Look for opportunities to improve on our existing processes to create a simpler, more efficient process or a better experience for our stakeholders

**About You**:

- Previous experience in an HR/ Recruitment support role is an advantage
- Strong administrative skills and confident user of technology/ MS Office suite
- A passion for building relationships, strong communication skills and a collaborative style
- Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise with great attention to detail
- High level of professional integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work at pace and juggle multiple priorities
