**The Responsibilities**
Based at our Footscray warehouse, you will assist the Online team by providing stock management, fulfilling online orders, customer service support, general enquiries, and general administration relating to the Online store. Your role will include, but will not be limited to:

- Stock management
- Pick and packing orders
- Manage the back end of the customer service website using Demand-ware
- Liaising with internal and external contacts
- Preparation of customer orders
- General administrative duties

**Your skills and experience**
- An all round stock management superstar
- Previous experience in a high volume (stock) and fast paced environment
- Experience in working with Demand-ware and tracking the progress of orders from start to end
- Outstanding administrative and organisational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Previous experience in Zendesk will be an advantage
