Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to coordinate the forward planning of rosters and operational deployments. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can proactively identify and address resource shortfalls.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an operation/rostering environment, a Certificate in Business Administration, advanced MS Excel qualifications, and understanding of basic analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and publish national rosters 2–4 weeks in advance, anticipating and mitigating potential resource gaps.
  • Roster Management: Maintain and update permanent rosters in the system, including changes to deployments, account/service terminations, annual leave coverage, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Operational Support: Allocate resources nationally, ensuring compliance with legislative and internal policies, including fatigue management.
  • Customer & Contractor Liaison: Collaborate with clients and resource contractors to ensure security requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including State Operations Managers, Client Service Managers, Payroll, and Billing teams.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an operation/rostering environment
  • Certificate in Business Administration
  • Advanced MS Excel Qualifications
  • Understanding of basic Analytics
