As a Rostering coordinator, you will be working closely with our teams to ensure that our service level agreements are met each day

**What does your day look like?**
- Review diaries for field based teams to ensure our resources are in the right place
- Work closely with key stakeholders to monitor performance and promptly communicate schedule changes as required
- Route planning and ensuring that health and safety visits are planned first and backfilled to maximise productivity
- Ensure that our new clients are met as soon as possible

**Let's talk about you**
You will have an eagle eye for attention to detail and have a strong "can do" attitude. You will be known for your customer service skills as well as your exceptional PC skills specifically excel.

You will also have experience in rostering or scheduling, this could be in a retail, hospitality or aged care.
