As the Internal Communications Partner at Tyro, you will be responsible for driving initiatives that inform, engage and energise our people and build Tyro's external employer brand.

What you'll do:
Design and Lead Internal Communications Programs: Develop and manage company-wide communications plans, including managing internal channels and initiatives such as curating the monthly Mindshare meeting. Manage the internal communications calendar of priority activities, driving operational excellence in the Communications team via proactive project management, improvements to systems, processes.

Engage our people using Creative Storytelling:Develop creative content to inform, engage and energise our teams at Tyro, ensuring alignment with Tyro’s culture and values. Create compelling, _sharable_ content and materials designed to attract talent and build Tyro’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) via LinkedIn and related channels.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with various departments, including the Talent and Marketing teams, to highlight stories that reinforce Tyro’s employer brand.

Manage Change: Develop templates to scale internal communications to help launch new initiatives and change programs.

What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in driving and launching internal campaigns to drive engagement.- A strong understanding of the importance of proactively communicating with collaborators, stakeholders, leadership and project team members.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage senior and C-suite stakeholders proactively and professionally, internally and externally.- A curious, engaged and proactive learning mindset in your approach to work.- Confidence in diving into complex topics and materials to get to the compelling crux of the message, data point or information- Demonstrated experience finding and creating sharable, relevant, and engaging content to engage employee audiences.- Ability to proactively project manage communications initiatives in complex cross-functional environments, progressing initiatives from start to finish.- Demonstrated ability to distill and translate complex information into easy-to-understand language.- Demonstrated ability to create multimedia content production, including photography, design and video.- Ability to assess internal communications opportunities critically, demonstrating a sophisticated ability to assess repetitional risks and opportunities and provide recommendations.
