**About Us**

Based in Bayswater, this window and door manufacturer currently have a vacancy for an administrative assistant to provide support to the managers and team leaders in the factory.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Organising and delegating paperwork with Team Leaders and Operations Manager
- Responsible for the operational deliverance of production paperwork
- Supports the Operations Manager with administration assistance
- Comply with internal processes that will increase productivity and results

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- A positive work ethic, a can-do approach and of course a sense of humour
- Proficient in all aspects of administration with a keen eye for accuracy
- Professional phone manner and enjoy dealing with internal staff members

This is an opportunity for the person with a trade, service, or administrative background who has attention to detail, the ability to work in a team and the passion and energy to progress in the role long term.
