About the Role
A new opportunity is available for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in North Melbourne. This is a full-time permanent role and is key to the Supply Chain element of the business.
Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

- Daily scheduling of deliveries and shipments to maintain co-ordination of transport.
- Generating pick schedules and order releases for warehouse staff.
- Register all deliveries and invoices within SAP.
- Liaison with produce carriers to ensure the correct and timely invoicing of goods.
- Provide the warehousing processes with any support, issue resolution and pre-planning as required.

To be successful in the role, you will also have the following:

- Team player attitude with the ability to be proactive and work autonomously.
- Good organisational skills and a methodical approach to work
- Working knowledge of the SAP system
- Comprehension of GMP standards and warehousing
- A continuous improvement mindset
- Proactive attitude towards safety and quality
