**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are seeking a highly organised Marketing Coordinator for a Maximum Term Contract (12 months) working 5 days a week. Reporting to the Racing Marketing Manager, this position will promote significant WA racing events to increase their profile and participation rates and provide leadership to the Racing Marketing team. The successful person will be instrumental in developing and managing marketing strategies that will increase participation on course and increase levels of animal ownership

**About You**
- Ideally, to be successful in this role you will need:_
- Substantial experience in marketing and communications within a commercial environment
- Demonstrated competence and well-developed skills in report writing, problem solving and analysis
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Ability to deliver presentations to a broad range of audience
- Excellent organisation and planning skills are critical
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build and sustain strong working relationships
- A genuine interest in racing/sports would be desirable
