- Qualify for exciting benefits, incl. two weeks of additional paid leaveIn this role you will have the opportunity to assist with administrative services across a portfolio of custody clients in Perpetual Corporate Trust.

- Distributing property
- and equity-related notices to our clients on a daily basis;-
- Safekeeping and releasing of asset
- and scheme-related documents- Maintaining asset records including recording of related documents and transactions;- Providing monthly/quarterly reporting to our clients;- Assisting with annual asset reconciliation and sample provisions for internal and external control tests and audits;-
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with Custody clients;- Any other responsibilities relating to the administration and client services of custody clients.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- At least 1-2 years’ experience working in a similar role; Attention to detail;- Good communication skills;- Critical thinking;- Time management;- Proactive attitude.
