Manage workload within the Custody team specific to people management, client management and onboarding of new appointments.

- Onboarding of new appointments:
- Involved in the implementation of new appointments, including meetings, document drafting and KYC collection.-
- Oversee the completion of new business checklists, including approvals.-
- People management:
- This role may require managing a small number of staff.-
- Client management:
- attorney for the execution of documents.-
- Manage amendments to appointments, including any deeds of amendment for drafting, executing, and recording.-
- Oversee the completion of termination checklist, including approvals.-
- Assist with drafting of procedures for the team, as required.- Being involved in projects, as required.- Assisting with any other tasks, as required.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:
- Year 12 or equivalent.- A degree relevant to the role and its tasks is favourable.- At least 3-5 years’ experience working in a similar role.- Understanding of regulatory, contractual, and operational aspects of the Custody business or funds management industry.- Demonstrated capability to handle high volumes and work on multiple tasks, whilst meeting required deadlines.- End to end management of Custody onboarding.- Demonstration of strong communication skills.- People leadership: developing skill set across direct reports.- Proven involvement in projects, policies and procedure documents relating to Custody.
