This role will develop your technical assessment skills, allow you to engage with, and maintain relationships with manufacturers and provide you the opportunity to be in control of your own success. With plenty of learning material and some of the most experienced people in the industry, we are offering the opportunity to become a part of the clean energy revolution **Roles and Responsibilities**: - Quickly and accurately qualify service cases. - Confidently direct service cases to internal and external resources. - Drive resolution of all service cases. - Independent problem solving, initiative-based troubleshooting and case escalation. - Confidently provide technical information to customers of varying technical literacy. - Liaise with in-office Electrician(s) to escalate or confirm complex issues. **Skills**: - Solar Power and Storage System knowledge - in particular brands such as **Enphase, Tesla, SolarEdge and Sungrow. **With a focus on navigation and comprehension of online monitoring for outlined brands. - Have a great attention to detail. - Initiative with tasks to follow-up and drive resolution. - Renewable Engineering Degree or similar highly regarded. - Ability to learn and develop new skills as well as a dedication to your continued and ongoing development. - Proven ability to complete tasks within allocated deadlines. **What does work with 1KOMMA5° look like**: - Opportunities to train and grow your knowledge of renewable energy solutions. - Great company culture, with like-minded individuals and an emphasis on making a difference. - The chance to be front and centre in the clean energy revolution and stopping climate change - Supportive team and management, to help you reach your full potential. - Career development opportunities. - Parking Available on site. - Immediate start available.
