Workplace Technology Engineering is responsible for the delivery and ongoing management of end-user devices such as laptops, desktops, thin clients, virtual desktops, mobility devices and platforms such as Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint/Teams, SOE Management, MDM, and Office 365.

The team manage approximately 14,000 endpoints throughout the Support Office, State Office, and Distribution Centre environments.

**About the role**:
As a Systems Engineer, you will be required to:

- Work independently and as part of a team to resolve technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Provide technical solutions to meet business needs within technical areas of expertise.

**About You**:
Reporting to a Team Leader in the Workplace Technology Engineering function, you have experience within similar roles, working across Level 3 support: offering ongoing technical advice to stakeholders and users across the Coles business.

You are an excellent problem solver with the ability to provide ongoing technical expertise and ensure limited downtime from any IT issues.

You also need:

- Previous experience working in a medium to large enterprise environment.
- Experience in the administration and support, of an enterprise mobile device management platform.
- Workspace ONE (Airwatch) & Intune experience highly regarded
- Experience working with and supporting aspects of Microsoft Exchange/O365/Azure hybrid environment is also highly regarded.
- Strong adherence to change management processes and methodologies.
- Use of ServiceNow (or a similar enterprise toolset) as an incident, change and problem management system is desirable.
