**We are seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to join our Bunnings Finance Team.**

**What’s involved**

This role is all about turning data into decisions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to:

- Deliver accurate and insightful reporting, forecasting and analysis that drives performance.
- Support budgeting and planning processes, helping teams align with financial targets.
- Build dashboards and automate reporting using BI tools like PowerBI and TM1.
- Partner with teams to evaluate commercial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Contribute to investment decisions and business cases with clear financial modelling.
- Help shape a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and teamwork.Support and drive monthly management accounting and month end processes, ensuring accuracy of data and insightful commentary on performance

**You will additionally have**:

- A tertiary qualification in finance or business (CPA or CA required).
- 2-5 years’ experience in a finance function, ideally in retail or a similar fast-paced industry.
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and financial systems (TM1, PowerBI, AI tools a bonus).
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, month end reporting and financial modelling.
- A knack for data visualisation and storytelling through numbers.
