***About the team**:
Finance makes it easier for us to win together as a business. Our team works side-by-side with every other team to help bring commercial thinking into what they do and make moves that support our strategic business decisions.

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Analyst - Banking and Treasury to join our team Team on a part time, 3 day per week role. Our finance team provides key commercial finance support to all of our commercial business units. With over 400 people there is a wide scope for personal development and career progression.

**About the Role**:
As the Analyst for banking and Treasury you will provide key support to the liquor team including;
- Reconcile key balance sheet accounts, process sales adjustments, reconcile Liquor related IBA’s and journalling entries as required.
- Weekly and month end reporting
- Identify best practice and proactively drive consistent delivery methods with a goal of continuous improvement across the function by leveraging automation where possible and reducing manual process
- Understand, document and measure the efficiency of banking processes and systems
- Keep up to date with banking methods and concepts

**About you and your skills**:
We are looking for a commercially focused finance leader who has experience in the tech or eCommerce space. You will have experience in being able to partner effectively with commercial business units and drive key commercial outcomes. You will also need;
- Tertiary Qualification in a financial discipline
- CA/CPA or completing
- Banking experience in a retail banking or corporate banking environment
- Strong Excel skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Applications (Word, Power Point, Access, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment to ensure deadlines are met consistently
- Self-starter who displays tolerance, initiative, decisiveness, flexibility and open mindedness to alternative views
- Ability to problem solve and develop alternate solutions
