**About Our Client**:
You'll be working in a busy team to support the general HR practices, this position has a strong recruitment focus to support the growth of the business, as well as supporting the entire employee lifecycle.

We are seeking a fulltime HR Officer to work within our Corporate Services team. The role of the HR Officer is to ensure highest standard of services are delivered.

What you'll do:

- Administering offers and contracts of employment
- Coordinating the onboarding and induction for all new employees, and the off-boarding program for employees
- Coordinate and prepare monthly all staff meetings - manage agenda, catering, set up
- Help to coordinate team building events, such as all staff monthly team building activities, harmony day, R U Ok day
- Fortnightly Payroll support
- Maintain employee records in the HRIS

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Over 12+ months of relevant experience within HR or recruitment
- Ability to work independently, determine priorities, work in teams and manage workloads to achieve results
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team
- A resilient multi-tasker who can work in a dynamic, agile and ever-changing environment
- Mature minded with the tendency to be objective
- Highly personable with the ability to quickly build rapport, and influence
