Role Statement:
The HR Officer need:
- Manage the life cycle of an employment, from job advertisement, recruitment, onboarding, induction, training, performance review, promotion to contract management.
- Manage company’s policy libraries.
- Process payroll and relevant reports with ReckonOne and other softwares.
- Manage legal compliance.
- Act as a primary point of contact and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our Canberra office.

- Strong diary and time management skills.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- A high level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Being familiar with relevant laws.
