THE OPPORTUNITY
6 month contact with a view to going longer.

**Your key responsibilities will see you**:

- Lead day to day facilities management on site both hard and soft services
- Ensure OH&S requirements are met and adhered to at all times
- Drive continuous improvements and efficiencies
- Project management and continuous improvements in plant efficiencies
- Overview of Asset Planning and Budget preparation
- Dealing with reactive and preventative maintenance and schedules
- Managing contractors and City Technicians

**To be considered for this role you will have / be**:

- Previous experience within a fast-paced environment - Highly Regarded
- Relevant qualifications and or certificates or a trade background - Favorable
- Experience managing a facility within a warehousing or manufacturing environment - Desirable
- Have previously managed budgets, setting forecasts and number savvy
- Ability to build strong working relationships with all key stakeholders
- Driven to succeed and highly customer centric
- Excellent communication and computer skills
