Sloanebuilt Trailers are leading manufacturers of frontline Tipping Bodies & Trailers and are located in Smeaton Grange, South West Sydney neighboring Macarthur, in one of Australia's largest growing industrial estates.

Sloanebuilt has been operating for 35+ years and currently employs over 130 employees.

Sloanebuilt has moved into their NEW 35,000 square meter, state-of-the-art facility located in Smeaton Grange Incorporating Double Pulse Welders, Spray Booths with Mixing Room, Waterjet and Plasma Cutting Machinery, LVD Presses, Milling Machines, Wash Bay, Grit Blasting Facility and so much more

**Role to be filled**:
Sloanebuilt is seeking to appoint an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide a wide range of services related to human resources including HR planning and budgeting, policies development, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, HR project roll-outs, WHS, training, and development.

You will be part of the senior management team and collaborate with managers, supervisors, and staff at all levels across the organisation.

**Requirements**:
To be eligible for this role, applicants must:

- Be willing to work a 38-hour week
- Relevant degree in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a human resources.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, grievances management and best practices.
- Strong accountability mindset, independent, well-organised, and multi-tasking skills.
- Experience supporting and participating in the implementation of human resources projects and initiatives.
- Hands-on and can-do attitude, strong drive for results, sense of urgency as well as flexibility.

**Remuneration**

Salary of $90,000 - $120,000 + Super per year dependent on skills & experience.

Remuneration can be negotiated with the successful applicant at the interview stage.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
