**Bayside English** is a _Registered CRICOS Provider_ for overseas students.

The College seeks a dynamic **Marketing Specialist** to actively manage and drive the marketing team to recruit overseas students and prospect new education agents for marketing and recruiting international students both onshore and offshore.

Key responsibilities:

- Plan, develop, and execute advertising policies and campaigns that align with sales objectives, focusing on raising brand awareness and promoting Bayside English College's offerings
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, coordinating efforts across copywriting, media scripting, artwork, and production for both digital and traditional media
- Support the college’s growth by preparing and implementing marketing objectives, policies, and programs tailored to meet business goals
- Advise on marketing mix, including product positioning, pricing strategies, promotional tactics, and optimal distribution channels to maximize visibility and student engagement locally and internationally
- Coordinate and organize promotional events, both domestically and internationally, working closely with Creative team to ensure timely delivery of all materials and merchandise
- Support the college’s growth by preparing and implementing marketing objectives, policies, and programs tailored to meet business goals
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and pursue new opportunities for existing and upcoming courses
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business development goals
- Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and projects, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies

The successful applicant should possess:

- Tertiary qualified
- Knowledge of ESOS Act, the National Code and Immigration Student Visa regulations
- Demonstrated Sales and /or Marketing experience in International Education market
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and one or more from the target region
- Sound understanding of cross-cultural issues and benefits
- Ability to build and maintain national and international business relationships
- Excellent Computer skills and experience in general administrative duties

Prime CBD location and close to public transport

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)
