**Position**:
We are searching for a Field Coach to join our retail learning team and support our Sydney Stores.

As Field Coach, you will achieve the learning teams strategic objectives and take the learning lead on a range of topics across the business, whilst supporting the overall learning function.

You will play an invaluable role in developing our talents through effective coaching and training initiatives; responsible for being a partner to the retail management and support office teams in driving and executing the learning and development agenda within our stores.

**Job responsibilities**:
As Field Coach, you will translate ans execute the corporate training strategies within your defined stores and define the plan to best contribute to business growth and team development.

I this role, you will be responsible for the following:

- Leading a culture of in-store coaching with individuals according to their needs
- Supporting the retail management in building individual coaching and development plans that are tailored and considered
- Acting as a platform for sharing best experiences and practices amongst the team
- Provide ongoing feedback to key stakeholders on the progress and priorities for your allocated stores
- Identifying skills gaps and adapting training and adapting training in order to addressing training priorities
- Ensure consistent feedback and guidance for managers, effectively influencing and upskilling on people management topics
- Supporting managers in building their learning roadmaps and injecting key initiatives to support this
- Develop and facilitate core training modules, e.g. induction and onboarding, clientelling workshops and retail excellence training
- Maintaining and active store floor presence to observe, guide and provide feedback/implementation to the team
- Identify potential training talent within store teams to support and partner in coaching others.
